Nudists Demand Time In Sun

A loose coalition of sartorially-challenged individuals known as "Let It All Hang Out" has called on the government to relax public nudity laws.

Option 1: "For too long, our bodies have been trapped in these prisons of cotton and polyester!" yelled protester Peggy Longfellow, while apparently developing a nasty case of sunburn. "We must repeal the puritanical laws that make public nudity a crime. My body--my choice to dangle!"

Option 2: "I agree," mused sociology professor Abraham McAlpin. "But I don't think the protestors are going far enough. Public nudity shouldn't be an option: it should be compulsory. Nudity is highly liberating. And it would put that disgusting "Hooters" out of business once and for all."

Option 3: "Whoa, whoa," says noted accountant George W. du Pont. "Are these people serious? The last thing I want to see when I'm out for a coffee is some lumbering, over-weight nudist coming down the sidewalk toward me. If people want to get naked, they can do it in the privacy of their own homes. Think of the children!"

Option three, without a doubt. Our bodies are sacred, and so is nudity. That's why things like sex are so intimate. There aren't any barriers at that point. If we get rid of that, eventually intimate things like that will be no more uncommon than breathing.

no steven you are sooooooooooooooooooooooo wrong on this one. Nudism has nothing to do with sex. its a lifestyle that some people prefer. its those ignorant thoughts that make the practice seem almost "taboo" but its not. no one is hurting anyone and why should someones freedoms be taken away because of other peoples shallow thoughts?

This is tough...IRL I'd say the current system we have of having special areas on beaches for nudists and whatnot is fine, but just having it everywhere is not ideal. Riccardo I get what you're saying that it has nothing to do with sex and you're correct that thats the nudist mentality, bt when you throw them in with us "textiled" people we do think of sex. This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when Kramer crashes the car because he's distracted by Sue Ellen Mishki's public bra wearing. I think you could possibly argue this would slow down productivity. Not that I'm some perv or anything but lets say I'm at work and the the woman who sits at the desk across from me decides to become a nudist. I can tell you the last thing I'll be focused on will be my work.

I'm going to have to go option three since there really is no middle ground.
